  • We get in touch with that person and determine how we can help.
  • We bill our new client for any software services they acquire.
  • Once we get paid, you get a check for 10% of the applicable charges.

* The Fine Print

Like with any sort of promotion, there's always a few rules, caveats, and exceptions. Please keep these in mind. By providing Zelena Inc. with a referral, you are agreeing to the following terms:

  • Referral fees are 10% of paid license charges for the software utilization, excluding taxes. Invoiced items for hardware, labor and third-party services are not included in the calculation.
  • The 12-month rewards period begins after the first invoice is sent to the referred client.
  • The reward period ends after 12 months or $1,000.00 in referrals are paid, whichever occurs first.
  • Rewards are calculated on a per-client basis. Refer two clients for double the rewards!
  • Rewards are only valid for 1 year licenses.
  • Reward checks are sent 10 days after payment has been received from the new customer.
  • Zelena Inc is not liable for rewards on unpaid invoices.
  • You are liable for all taxes associated with rewards.
  • This program is not available to current Distributors, Partners and Resellers.
  • Zelena Inc. reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time.
